These plans are meant for a single person only. Recipient’s family members are not paid, as they do not fall under the policy. However, there some rules a person has to follow; he or she cannot purchase Supplemental Medicare Insurance Plans if that person does not have Medicare Part-A or Medicare Part-B. Owning these two policies can only allow them to purchase the Medigap insurance.
